What you can expect from our keyholding and alarm response services
The service will minimise any risks to your employees should an incident occur outside of business hours. If there is a security or fire risk our Officers will be the first to respond. For any potentially dangerous incident, this will serve to protect your staff.
Your property keys are stored unmarked in our secure control room or a Police Approved Keysafe. When an alarm is activated and confirmed by the alarm receiving centre (ARC), it will be investigated as quickly as possible. We will respond to any confirmed alarm signal immediately to ensure we’re on-site as quickly as possible to deal with the incident.
Once on-site our Officers will undertake a complete external security check. If there are signs of a break-in the police will be contacted directly before we enter the premises to investigate further. Where there is no evidence of a break-in, we’ll carry out a full internal security check before the building is resecured, and the alarm reset.
Should the security of your premises be compromised, we can help to re-secure your building by checking all entry points and replacing locks. This can be done by working with your specified contractors or coordinating with our team. The priority will be to minimise any disruption to your business.
